Very simple but clean everywhere. The people at the front desk were very helpful to me. My spanish isn't great but we managed a good conversation about where to go to find good street food, interesting museums and which restaurants they highly recommended. I really enjoyed my stay and will stay here again on my next trip to Guanajuato.
Es un hotel con excelente ubicación, económico y muy limpio. Para ser un hotel 2 estrellas es más que de lujo, con precios más que aceptables. El estacionamiento no importa ya que Guanajuato es para recorrerlo caminando. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, es un agasajo para estar nuevamente en Guanajuato. Felicidades a su Staff
¿quieres dormir a buen precio? esta es una gran opcion centrica, no esperes lujos las habitaciones tiene lo esencial pero por ubicacion y precio es muy buena opción

En este hotel fue de último momento que se consiguió cuarto, ya que hubo uno anterior que estuvo terrible y pedimos el cambio inmediatamente, aquí el servicio fue totalmente diferente, todo muy higiénico, aparte de que las reglas que tienen y nos hacen saber desde el principio es muy agradable, ya que me encanta el silencio y más si es de noche, no permiten entrar con alcohol para mantener el orden, lo cual es maravilloso para mí, Baños limpios, sábanas y toallas también. Me dio confianza desde el principio.
Estuve hospedada hace algunos años. El hotel está bien ubicado,las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas. Ahora que hablo para pedir información acerca de la venta no me la a supieron dar, volví a marcar y no me contestan. Pésima atención
